(63-65) The Constitution contains about 7,000 words and is divided into three parts: the Preamble, the articles, and the amendments. The Preamble is the introduction states why the constitution was written which was to create stability and order. The Constitution contains seven divisions called articles. Each article covers a general topic. For example, Articles I, II, and III create the three branches of the national government—the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. This is the third part of the constitution consists of amendments. 2.  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  List and discuss the major principles of the Constitutions. (65-67) The Constitutions rests on six major principles of government: 1 Popular Sovereignty: This is based the concept of Popular Sovereignty which is rule by the people. 2 Federalism: Describes the basic structure of American government. 3 Separation of Powers: This consists of dividing the powers among the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. 4 Checks and Balances: Each branch of government exercises some control over others. 5 Judicial Review: The power of court to declare laws and actions of local, state, or national governments invalid if they violate the Constitution. 6 Limited Government: This limits the Constitutions actions of governments by specifically listing powers it does and does not have, for example the first 10 amendments set specific limits in the areas of freedom of expression, personal security, and fair trials. 3.  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  List and briefly discuss the Amendments of the federal government, the state governments, and those shared by the federal and state governments. (95-102) 4.  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  List and discuss the powers of the federal government, the state governments, and those shared by the federal and state governments. (95-102) 5.  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Discuss federalism in detail. Be sure to include those who are apposed to federalism and their reasoning. (106-116) 6.  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  List and discuss the qualifications needed to be a member of Congress, present representation from California and Kern County, term of office, and current compensation. (123-131 notes) 7.  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  List and discuss those who are currently leading Congress. Be sure to include their names, position, and responsibilities.

Systems level and hierarchies are significant to system practice as the perspectives of hierarchies and systems level are useful in structuring and grouping elements when exploring a system of interest (ex. System practice seems a sensible way to engage with this domain as in the domains of ‘information systems' and ‘organizations' that were explored using systems thinking. Sustainable development issues and situations are best understood by recognizing systems, boundaries, environments and their interconnections. Sustainable development issues have range of perspectives, both on the domain and on systems practice in this domain. Question 2: First order is to accept that there are general rules must be applied to situations in the identification of objects process and well define properties, describe the set of operations functioning independently in order to gather the required data to design a process. In this paper, I discuss my experience with observing a group counseling session with the purpose of evaluating it in terms of how it is set up, how it is run, interventions used, culturally sensitivity, and the contribution toward my professional development as a social worker. The group setting plays a critical role in social work outside of the individual session and can be largely beneficial for clients in the forms of therapy, counseling, self-help, and support. He shared with me that he has been working at this agency for two years as a mental health case manager in this program. He completed his education in the field of substance abuse and currently holds his Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor license. In speaking with Chris and observing the group session, Chris held the leadership role as the individual leader. He shared that six months ago, this group held two leaders, one being the primary leader along with the co-leader. However, this previous leader left her position and he is now facilitating individually. Uniquely, he shared he often has other program staff attend the group to help with the leadership role by minimizing disruptions by the members and taking note of the process. In th ese instances, the group would be considered having co-leadership in the function the additional staff play (Hepworth et. al., 2013). Upon observing this group, I noticed the group to be homogeneous, and in addition, there were also clients who attended who did not appear appropriate based on the functioning level of the group.
